The world has lost a truly beautiful soul. With heavy hearts, we say goodbye to Janette—a mother, mother-in-law, sister, Nana, cousin, and friend whose kindness knew no bounds. She was a beacon of love and generosity, always lifting others with words of encouragement, welcoming everyone with open arms, and giving selflessly to those in need. She spent her life caring for others, never asking for anything in return. She was an angel among us, and now she watches over us from above.

We were blessed to know Janette through our dear friend Mason Norris during his courageous five-year battle with stage 4 neuroblastoma. It’s no surprise that he was her grandson—his strength, heart, and spirit were a reflection of hers. Janette was a passionate supporter of Whip Pediatric Cancer, and in honor of her legacy, her family kindly asks that donations be made to Whip Pediatric Cancer in lieu of flowers.

Her love will live on in all the lives she touched.
