Hudson's Headed to Disney
Last year, Hudson began experiencing symptoms that led his family to start searching for answers. After doctor visits and testing, those symptoms ultimately led to a pediatric cancer diagnosis, Ewing Sarcoma. What followed was a long year of treatments, hospital visits, and chemotherapy — challenges no child should ever have to face.
Throughout it all, Hudson showed incredible strength.
Now, after reaching a major milestone and completing chemotherapy, Hudson is getting the chance to celebrate in a magical way — a trip to Disney.
With the support of WHIP Pediatric Cancer, along with Nicole’s Hope and The Spencer Reid Foundation, Hudson and his family are heading to Disney to mark the end of his treatment journey. After spending so much time in hospitals and treatment rooms, this trip is a chance for Hudson to simply be a kid again — to experience the excitement, joy, and magic that Disney brings.
From seeing the castle to meeting favorite characters and enjoying the rides, the trip is meant to create happy memories for Hudson and his family after such a difficult year.
Moments like this are exactly why organizations like WHIP Pediatric Cancer and its partners do what they do — to support families not only during the hardest parts of the fight, but also to celebrate the victories along the way.
Hudson’s trip is more than just a vacation. It’s a celebration of strength, resilience, and hope for the future.
