September is Childhood Cancer Awareness Month.
This month, your child took part in the Heart of Gold program at school. Every gold heart is a student telling a child fighting cancer: we see you, and you are not alone.
It shows that no one is ever too young to make a difference.
Kids helping kids.
Heart of Gold is a student-led fundraiser with a big heart. Here's how it works:
A · Decorate
Every student gets a gold paper heart to decorate with their name, their artwork, or a message of encouragement for a child fighting cancer.
B · Donate
They bring it home and invite a parent or guardian to make a suggested $5 donation right here on this page, one heart, one gift.
C · Display
Every heart goes up on the school’s Heart of Gold Wall, a growing display of support for kids in treatment.
A donation is never required to take part. Every heart belongs on the wall.

Small hands, big difference.
The Heart of Gold program teaches students that they are never too little to make a big difference. Every heart a child decorates is a lesson in kindness, and proof that even the smallest gift can help a kid fighting cancer.
Small gifts, given together, become something big.
100% goes straight to kids.
Every dollar you give goes directly to children fighting cancer. Here is what your gift makes possible:
Research
We fund cutting-edge pediatric cancer research, including a CAR T-cell therapy trial, so no child runs out of options.
Uni-Port Dresses
Comfortable dresses made with easy access to their treatment port, so kids can still feel like themselves.
Birthday Boxes
Birthday boxes that bring joy and celebration to children spending their special day in treatment.
Care Packages
Care packages full of comforting, fun, personalized gifts that remind kids they are loved and not alone.
Hospital Visits
Personal hospital visits from founder Jordan that fill quiet rooms with laughter and remind kids they are never alone.
One $5 heart feels small, but joined with hundreds of others, it becomes real help for real kids.

Share it. Spread the word.
Our school is working toward a fundraising goal, and we can only reach it together. Please share this page on social media and with family, friends and neighbors, anyone, anywhere can donate, and some of the most generous supporters have never set foot in the school.
If our school reaches its goal, we’ll earn a Heart of Gold plaque to display with pride, a lasting reminder of what our students did for kids fighting cancer.
