Streets of gold
Thanksgiving is a time where everyone comes together and gives thanks for the blessings we were given in life. Many people give thanks for their health, which is a luxury not everyone has this year. We grieve with the families who have an empty seat at their Thanksgiving table because their child’s life was taken from cancer. We pray for the families who are spending Thanksgiving with their child in a hospital bed. We cherish memories made with our loved ones, especially our survivors. Because one day of giving isn’t enough to express our gratitude, it is declared that every Tuesday after Thanksgiving is deemed giving Tuesday, a time to donate to a charity you hold close to your heart.
Hold Whip Pediatric Cancer closest to your heart and join us in our first annual “Streets of Gold” initiative. Show you have a Heart of GOLD this giving season by displaying the WPC logo on your car.
Each decal is ten dollars, which goes directly to pediatric cancer research at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center. These make great stocking stuffers too!
